Objective:
To provide welfare products for all HOUSE III members, so as to enhance their sense of belonging to HOUSE III.
Details:
Free welfare products will be distributed to HOUSE III members at HOUSE III counters located at the Hong Kong Jockey Club Atrium (Atrium), Chia-Wei Woo Academic Concourse (Academic Concourse) and G/F Lobby of UG Hall III. The suggested welfare product for session 2013-2014 is noodle bowl.
Objective:
To enhance the sense of belonging of HOUSE III members by selling non-profit making HOUSE III products to them.
Details:
HOUSE III products, including single-lined papers, files, T-shirt and jacket, will be available at HOUSE III counters located at Atrium, Academic Concourse and G/F Lobby of UG Hall III. These products are sold non-profitably and they are all newly designed.
Objective:
To sell food and drinks for UG Hall III residents at cost price at night and to provide a place for UG Hall III residents to gather.
Details:
3-Dor Food Store will be opened from 10:00 pm to 2:00 am, from Sunday to Thursday. Large variety of snacks, food and drinks will be sold at cost price. Magazines and mini-games, like card games or chesses, will also be provided. There will also be a snooker table available for UG Hall III residents to play with.
Objective:
To improve and maintain the hygiene of the washrooms of UG Hall III.
Details:
Toilet refreshers will be placed in each toilet and will be replaced regularly.
Objective:
To promote Floor Committee members, enrich the spirit and morale of Floor Committee members and strengthen their sense of belonging to UG Hall III, and to provide a good opportunity for Floor Committee members to understand each other more.
Details:
The Floor Committee members’ photos will be taken during the formation of Floor Committee and will be posted at the lift lobbies of each floor.
Objective:
To bring convenience to UG Hall III residents by installing stationaries like staplers, glue stick and paper punch in sitting room.
Details:
Stationaries will be installed in sitting room in UG Hall III for residents to manage their printed materials.
Objective:
To improve and maintain the hygiene of the refrigerators in Common Rooms in UG Hall III.
Details:
Refrigerator refreshers will be placed in refrigerators and replaced regularly.
Objective:
To bring benefit to UG Hall III residents by ordering economical and practical group buying service.
Details:
Our plan is to offer group buying service for UG Hall III residents to buy daily necessities such as stationary and hygienic products in a reasonable price. We will construct a survey on the service to understand the needs of UG Hall III residents.
Objective:
To improve the convenience of the pantries by maintaining the equipment in the pantries.
Details:
Scissors, tin openers and induction cooker in the pantries in UG Hall III will be replaced once they are malfunctioned.
