Participating in sports activities not only can help us to keep physical fitness, but also improve the interpersonal relationships, achieve physical and mental health, build a happy and healthy life.
Therefore, the Sports Association HKUSTSU and Sports Association of Student Union of University of Macau jointly hold the HKUST-UM Sports Challenge Cup annually. Throughout the event, we hope to enhance the friendship between the athletes of two Universities and learn from each other, in order to make improvements on their performances.
This year, the HKUST-UM Sports Challenge Cup will be held by the University of Science and Technology. Details will be announced in Spring 2012.
