(1) 如練習當日早上十時，天文台懸掛 (i)一號或以上風球; (ii) 強烈季候風訊號; (iii)黃、紅或黑色暴雨警告訊號; 或 (iv)雷暴警告訊號(西貢區) ，該日練習將會取消。
(2) 如該日零晨十二時至早上十時 西貢區累積降雨達 50 毫米，該日練習將會取消；達 30 毫米而不足 50 毫米時，或預計將有大驟雨，該日練習或會取消，本會將會以電郵通知各會員場地安排。

(1) If (i) Typhoon Signal No.1 or above; (ii) Strong Monsoon Signal; (iii)Amber/ Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, (iv) Thunderstorm Warning (Sai Kung Region), is in force at 10:00a.m. on the day of the regular practice, the regular member practice will be cancelled.
(2) If the accumulated rainfall in Sai Kung Region from 12:00 mn to 10:00 am on the day of the regular practice is greater than 50mm, the regular member practice will be cancelled; should it be greater than 30mm but less than 50 mm, or when heavy showers are forecast, the regular member practice MAY be cancelled, and the arrangement will be notified to the members through email.
